Junior IT Support Assistant - Bolton

Our client is currently recruiting for a Junior IT Support Assistant based in the Bolton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers in the retail sector. You will have knowledge of Windows NT, XP and strong customer service skills. You will work on a busy helpdesk, and shift work is required.
