CV Screen offer a 'finders fee' service that enables Companies to recruit IT Contractors on a direct basis, thus reducing their recruitment costs.

We charge a finders fee of 2 times the contractors weekly salary, and then you are free to employ the Contractor for as long a period as you wish, without being charged an ongoing agency margin!

The table below (based on a six month contract) shows the substantial savings that you can make.
